A national survey conducted by the consulting firm Analogías revealed a persistent deterioration in the support base of the National Government, which deepened with the debate on labor reform. According to the report, conducted between February 20 and 23, 2026, on a sample of 2,691 cases, the approval of the administration stands at 38.2%, while disapproval rises to 48.7%, configuring a negative gap of 10.5 points. Among the most critical points of the survey, rising corruption stands out. In contrast, young people aged 16 to 29 remain the sector most favorable to the government's performance.
Economic Pessimism. 50.2% rate the handling of the economy with the lowest score (1 out of 5). Additionally, 52.4% of citizens say they are 'worse off' than a year ago, and 40.9% expect their personal situation to worsen next year. The future scenario is mostly negative: 50.2% foresee more unemployment and poverty, while 52.4% anticipate greater household debt.
Corruption and Presidential Image. 56.6% of respondents perceive that there is 'a lot or quite a bit' of corruption in the current administration, compared to 34.7% who believe there is 'little or none'. Meanwhile, the presidential image shows a negative net balance of 9 points (42.8% positive vs. 51.9% negative), reaching its worst level since July 2025. Women are more critical, with 52.9% disapproval and a 56.3% negative image.
